Mixed Triples Tournament 2017/18

 

This Tournament is proposed for Club Members of all abilities. Matches are played on a round robin basis. 12 teams will play the other 11 teams over 4 ends each and will take place over 2 days, Saturday 18th November 2017 and Saturday 20th January 2018.

If less than 12 teams enter, then the schedule of matches will be adjusted accordingly.

All entered teams must be available for both days. Substitutes may be used when necessary.

The positions of the players within a team can be changed between matches. However, a substitute may not skip.

Individual entries will be accepted and triples teams will be made up.

Team Entry fee: £9  Individual Entry Fee: £3  

Rink Fees: Saturday 18th November £7.00 per person, Saturday 20th January £6.00 per person.

There will be no trial ends. Killed jacks will be re-spotted on the 'T'. No visits to the head are allowed.

Scoring per match: Win = 2pts, Draw = 1pt. Shot difference taken into account if the final scores are tied.

Prizes: 1st Team £60, 2nd Team £30, 3rd team £18. (if 12 teams are entered)

1st Leg - Saturday 18th November 2017:

Morning session 10.00am to 12.30pm - 3 matches of 4 ends each.

Lunch 12.30pm. Bring own lunch. Tea and Biscuits provided.

Afternoon session 1.30pm to 4.00pm - 3 matches of 4 ends each.

 

2nd Leg - Saturday 20th January 2018:

Morning session 10.00am to 12.30pm - 3 matches of 4 ends each.

Lunch 12.30pm. Bring own lunch. Tea and biscuits provided.

Afternoon session 1.30pm to 3.30pm - 2 matches of 4 ends each.
